Sentencing: 15 years Incarceration beginning April, 2042 [sentence softened accounting for subject's young age and psychological condition at the time of incarceration]
Status of Sentence: Incarceration Terminated ahead of scheduled release; Prisoner  released on humanitarian parole c.2045 at the discretion of his attending psychologist.

    Subject was born on June 4th, 2027, to Douglas and Sarah Forester; the second of two sons, Anton was born into the later years of the Pale Wars.  Subject remembers little of his father, but seems to recall a predilection to sickness [Most likely a result of Radiation poisoning, as the name "Douglas Forester" appears on the roster for a local nuclear power plant's maintenance crew].  Subject remembers his mother as "frantic," and "scared," most days [we can only infer this to be due to the escalating and encroaching violence of the pale wars].  Often times, between a overworked father and an distressed mother, it fell to Anton's older brother, Damien (then aged only 12 years old), to care for him.

    Sometime in early 2029, After the fighting tore through their home, Douglas moved his young family into the mountains to escape the violence, and took refuge with a mixed camp of human and votan civilians.  Some months later, during the Yosemite Massacre [which coincidentally occurred less than a week after Anton's second birthday], Douglas Forester was injured by an EMC artillery blast while ushering his family out of the town.  His body was buried in a mass unmarked grave along with the other casualties of the event.  When asked about the loss, the subject appears complacent; this is to be expected, however (as stated earlier, his memories of his father are hazy and fogged, at best [indeed, it is remarkable that the boy can remember anything at all from such an early age.]

    One year later, in a desperate attempt to flee the chaos, Sarah Forester took her two children westward to san francisco.  During the Battle of Defiance, Sarah was crushed beneath rubble of the fort as it collapsed.  Anton would have only been 3, but can still remember the event clearly; he recalls that his mother had used herself as a shield against the falling debris. he would spend three hours in the darkness with his mother's corpse slumped and bleeding out upon him [This event is believed to be the source of his claustrophobia].

    Damien and Anton were now the sole survivors of their family [their grandparents' retirement community having been lost to the mutants that now roam the Florida Quarantine].  Damien took his younger brother and began a nomadic lifestyle that would last for three years before finally settling in Madera, just south east of the [then newly established] Iron Demon Ranch; Anton was now 14.  The subject admitted that he had trained extensively with his older brother, who was just now entering his twenties; The subject seemed nostalgic and misty-eyed while recounting several tales of hunting trips, races, and general sibling rivalry; this is the only occasion during the interview in which the subject could be seen to be genuinely smiling.

    However, there were concerns as to the source of Damien and Anton's larger income [evidence suggests that the hunting/game processing services they offered were merely a front]. When questioned, he became lipped once more; the subject refused to follow the line of questioning and became visibly defensive at any suggestion of guilt.

    When asked to discuss the events of February 3, 2041, the subject froze up; he was close to catatonic for several moments, ignoring all communication attempts.  the subject made several attempts to hide tears during the silence.  Subject was visibly distressed by the topic, and timidly asked to move on.  When the interviewer further pressed the matter, the subject began to react angrily, before collapsing onto the table, distraught.

    No more was gleaned from the subject that day.

         ***E.R.E.P. ADDENDUM (Concerning the night of February 3, 2041 and the death of Damien Forester): Official investigations indicate that one Damien Forester had strong ties to raider camps in Madera, and was in the process of distributing stolen E.R.E.P. medical supplies to local bandit camps.  At Approximately 2400 hours, An E.R.E.P. Peacekeeper squad led by Lawkeeper Jon Cooper moved in to apprehend Damien Forester, and were met with heavy resistance from a small number of bandits sharing the campground.  in the crossfire, Anton Forester received one gunshot wound to the shoulder, and Damien Forester was killed when a generator's gas tank exploded, lodging a large shard of shrapnel in his frontal lobe.  when the gunfire ceased, the EREP squad moved in to check the bodies.  Anton Forester, emerging from hiding behind a barrel, gunned down one E.R.E.P. official and opened fire on the remaining survivors, but was subdued by Jon Cooper before any additional loss of life could occur.***
